SOIC, PLCC, BGA, CSP and QFP chips. Many optional items are included such as feeders, feeder racks, tube feeder adaptor and IC tray holders. As can be seen in the photos, the machine is currently in a Stand-Alone configuration with feeder racks on three sides with an option of installing the included fourth feeder rack on the fourth side.
