This has been sitting in a safe for a long time now and it needs to be cleaned. This piece was made in Taxco. Mexico. The TL-86 references the maker of the piece. Exceptional Multi-Stone Native American Design 925 Sterling Silver Cross Pendant
This is a vintage Native American sterling silver cross pendant with multi-colored stones. The design is exceptional and features ornate stamped etchings. A diamond-shaped turquoise stone in the center with 4 different color small teardrop stones at each arm of the cross. The cross is outlined with what looks like a small beading design, adding to the character of this piece. The blue, turquoise, green, and red stones make this piece very versatile. The piece measures 1" wide by 1 3/4" high including bail. 1/8" thick and weighs 6.1 grams. The bail has a 1/8" opening to fit a variety of neck chains. Vintage Turquoise, Silver & Stone Necklace Pendant-Southwest-Unique!!!
I have a large vintage turquoise& stone with an embedded silver piece(looks like a bird) pendant that is in very good to excellent condition. It is from the Southwest. Measures 2 1/4" across& 1 3/4" tall, has 2 holes at the top for a chain or leather rope. The turquoise stone is 3/4" across by 1/2" the silver piece is 5/8" across. I don't know what type of stone it is but it is from the Southwest& from the 1960's& is quite unique.
