Thule 1054 Railing Foot Pack PERFECT FOR SMALL SUVS with FRONT TO BACK RAILS NO RESERVE! These are used adapters. I’m not sure what year they are from. But Thule has been making them from 1993 to 2004. And then the 450 Cross Road railing foot pack replaced them. They fit onto existing roof rack(not the cross bars. The part that the cross bars attach to that run from front to back on the vehicle) The feet caps are missing, but that does not affect operation. The bars include end caps.
