The hollow center is threaded from the diamond face side. A 3/8-16 screw will turn into it about 1 turn. And stops. I'm not sure if the threads are not 3/8-16. Or if they have been damaged. This adorable piece stands approximately 7" tall including the base. At his widest he is about 3.5" I can see no makers mark. I do not know anything about this statue. It seems that it could be made from a resin but I am not certain. Could be a faux material to look like ivory or bone. The detail is wonderful. It appears to be a boy wearing a hat and he has two pieces of rope attached to what appears to be stumps coming up from the ground resting on his wrists. It looks like it was dipped into something to make it smooth to the touch. It has some weight to it. His face is precious. Please see pictures as they are part of my description. Ask questions. The grape cluster is on a piece of drift wood and the candles holders are on a triangular piece of wood with a metal lining in the hole for the candle. The grapes measure about 9" long and 6" wide by 5 in high. The candle holders are 4" across and about 3" high. The grapes are different shades of green grapes and the candle holders are blue.
