The plexi glass insert does have some small flaws to it. The black spots you seen in the pictures are not spots at all but is a worn area that shows clear through the plexi glass. It is where the color or red color has worn off the back of the plexi glass. There are a few of these so please look at the pictures of the back of the sign.
