So coins with low bag mards or rimm gouges are hard to com by. Coin is 40% silver clad. NGC Book value is very conservative at $35. This is a Mint State 62-63 IMHO. This is a very pretty vintage small round photograph or picture frame made between 1910 to 1930s. The silver metal has raised detail of roses and the glass is in good condition. The back has a standing leg and also has a small loop so it could be hung on the wall too. One of the metal tags which holds the back in place has lost the end and there is a very small amount of wear to the bottom of the standing leg, other than this in very good condition and very pretty when displayed. I purchased this from a retired Pioneer Executive about 6 months ago.The man had boxes of pioneer gear and some set up in a climate controlled cool room.He was a audiophile who took great care of his many items.I bought this from him NOS.I put just 60 hours of playing time on this TT as I have several other TT's.This is about as close to new as you can get for this 1975 gem.I have the original box.TT cover,styro and unused manual.It comes complete with 45 adapter,headshell ect.Like I said the TT has just 60 hours on it and it runs amazingly smooth and like new.I have owned several of these in the past and often you see rotted and busted feet.Peeling on the veneer ect.Look at the pictures and they will tell the story.An amazing time capsule that just never comes up for sale in this state. The belt that was on it measures 24 inches. Includes underside strobe pattern(unpainted) in the aluminum casting for those units with that feature. Platter mat has the shaped. Contoured edge that is common with PL-2,4,5,7, PL-100& many other belt and direct drive units. I will measure any part of this for you if in doubt whether it will fit. here is a real nice and in good working order pioneer pl-230 turntable.this was my back-up and did not get used much.i have a couple of the older technics direct drive tables i like and when they quit i bought this.got the technics fixed and do not need 3 turntables.this unit is all there and original.
