GOOD condition yet I have no idea which model that this one came off from.It was in one of my repair bins and I am cleaning out old swapmeet parts so for right now all I have is this piece as I have not come across the switch and knob. I just recently sold some control pots and I am not sure if that switch was not in the lot.I am trying to find it. But the plate is a real original part and is quite usable with a little contact cement, and I am going to try to flatten it using a press and pieces of aluminum to straighten it out.A little scratched but very visible.
