This plunge router is as easy to adjust for router table use as it is for freehand work. An advanced micro height adjuster allows the operator to manually adjust the bit depth to within 1/128-inch. Even when installed in a router table. The trigger switch locks on, allowing the use of the master switch on top of the motor for easier access. The micro height adjust can also be used to set a depth stop for plunging during freehand work. A unique depth stop rod allows selection of multiple stops without letting go of the handles. Porter-Cable Model 7529 Type 1 variable speed plunge router. 1/2" chuck. 10.000-23,000RPM. Excellent working condition. Motor runs great and strong. All moving parts work fine. Variable speed control works well. The motor control switch on the grip handle has been modified-see the 11th photo. The switch safety release button has been removed. All you have to do is press the switch on the grip to run. Some prefer this bypass since they handle their router with care to avoid accidental start. The triangle-shaped piece on the base comes with a threaded 2 piece collar. Its visible in the 1st photo tied to the power cord. The main power switch in the top housing is brand new.
