The G83 pneumatic-hydraulic lockbolt installation tool is a heavy duty production tool designed for high speed. Reliable installation of the most popular sizes of aircraft lockbolts. This extremely powerful tool has been designed with many ergonomic features including a light weight– 4.95 pounds(2.25 kg. less recoil, low noise, and a comfortable fit in the operator’s hand. It can be operated in any position with one hand. By bending the rubber pin deflector sideways, 1-1/2" additional clearance can be obtained. This tool can also be used to install blind bolts and blind rivets. Refer to the last photo showing the tables for correct pulling head part number and the tools detailed specifications. The very nice thing about the G83 is that is it is totally compatible with the Huck 352-style 99 series pulling heads/nose assemblies. So. This tool will work with a very large variety of rivets, blind bolts, lockbolts, and other fastener types. PULLING HEADS/NOSE ASSEMBLIES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS LISTING! used huck 352 with nose.i bought this to use on truck panels but cant find the nose i need so i dont have a need for it.put air to it and seemed to work as it should.but without rivets to use i cant say wtat it will do. pin deflector is broke but everthing else is intact.dont know what nose it has but a piece of rivet came out of it.it is in the pics you may be able to tell what nose it has from that. comes with a manual i printed off the web.sold as is no warranty no returns shipping is to lower 48 only others contact for shipping qoute.
