But seem to never have been drilled out. This is the bottom of the base. Looking up into the form Looking up into the form. The top. The top. The top. This is an antique Hall-Borchert Dress Form. I'm not sure of the date because I can't find any quite like it online. It's a more simple form then other Hall-Borchert's I've seen. I don't know if it's older than those or what. If anyone has any info please let me know. The height is adjustable but not the skirt or body. It has a 36 on the back and the original label on the front of the neck. This is a vintage Japanese mannequin head that was used in a barber school. This is a full size young adult male. He works perfectly to display Japanese military headgear. I know this for a fact. Vintage Blown Glass Mannequin Head
Blown Glass Mannequin Head In excellent condition with no nibbles. Cracks or chips. This is a clear glass with a hint of green. Sturdy wide base. There are a few bubbles in the glass that are intrinsic to blown glass. This glass is blown into a mold. They have a visible seam however. This particular one has only a minimal seam on the face side. Very attractive. Measures approximately 12 inches high Please use the photo enlarge tool to satisfy yourself as to the condition of this piece.
