Up for sale is this beautiful Shabby Vintage Chic Dress Form Mannequin with Stand. I purchased this at an estate sale. I was told the material it is made from is stone or clay and has some pitting which makes it that much more cool(supposed to be there) It is such a beautiful and shabby chic piece. Dimensions are 24.5 inches tall X 7 inches wide(at it's widest) and sideways or deep it' s approx. 3.5 inches. This can be used as a decorative piece. Which I did for awhile. First I would like to tell you I do not know anything about this item. She seems to be in very nice condition. You can see from the pictures the fabric is not tore and is whole free. All of the adjustment wing nuts are there and she does open up some. I closed her up to take pictures. I did find the mount for the adjustment slide of the right breast(left side when looking at her) came loose from the body. I marked this in one picture with blue tape. That is the only flaw I know of. The stand comes in 2 pieces and will be shipped taken apart. I see other listings calling the base cast iron. I would call it heavy bent steel. Please look at the pictures and ask questions if you have them. Sorry. I know the shipping is expensive. This is an oversized package. TWIN FIT MANNEQUIN Med with stand. I am selling this used mannequin for my neighbor. She was an avid seamstress but now her eyes are not good and so she has asked me to please sell this mannequin for her. There is no size on it but I think it is probably a medium. The bust and hips measure 38" but there are dials that make that measurement expand. The waist measures 32" and that too appears to be able to expand. I am not a seamstress and so I really have no idea how this works. The length of the body is 28" I put it together to take the photos and everything works perfectly. The stand folds and opens perfectly. There is a metal looped bar which I did not take a photos of but it is included in the box. I have no idea what the bar is for. The pole of the stand has black measurements on it but they are slightly pealing off and ... morethe fabric near the very edge of one dial is slightly buckled. Although I could not locate a brand on the form. It is identical to all others listed as such. It is marked as patented Dec 7 1908 which also coincides with other listings both here on e-bay and other web sites. Overall it is in very good shape given it is over 105 years old. The back has some stains from what appears to be markers on outer fabrics that bled though and the front has some fading as can be seen in the photos. There are a few torn or moth eaten areas.
