Up for bid is a florescent phone number sign. It is lighted by 4- 15 watt 24" florescent bulbs. There are hundreds of plastic pins that capture the light and they light up just like led bulbs. A plexiglass cover keeps the pins down in the face plate.You can change the pins around for your own phone number. The photo doesn't do the sign justice because I had to go outside to take the photo because inside in the dim light, the lights on the sign makes the photo blur so you can't read it. The sign is well made of heavy aluminum frame and aluminum back panel. The sign is 15-1/4" tall, 3-1/5" thick and 24-3/4" long. The sign is heavy ... moreat about 12 lbs. I bought the sign for decoration for my game room. I can see from inside there is small lighted letters that say"Ultra Express" that are covered over with a piece of black vinyl tape so it is not visible. I never have found out what ultra express is so I just left it covered. If You would like to see the"ultra express" on there send a message and I can open it up to do that and take another photo. The florescent bulbs are powered by 2 ballasts. Its a little hard to open the sign up and change the phone number without dropping all the pins out so if you like I can change the number for you before I ship. Has short chains on top for hanging and pull chain switch. The sign is really beautiful and looks better than the newer led type signs. As you probably know when LED's start going out you have to throw the sign away This one will last forever, just replace the bulbs. Someone hand signed some initials inside with the date 1996.
