I removed the battery in the back thinking it would reset the terminal to its default factory settings and remove my information. Instead, it shows"Security Alert! Call Maintenance" I don't know how to reset this security notice so that it wont show up and I haven't have time to call Gemalto to inquire about it. It does however go past that alert and gives you the option to swipe credit card, etc like normal functioning terminal but there is a flashing key symbol on the top.
