For sale is a used restaurant walk in cooler. Freezer unit. All units were removed from local restaurants during major remodel projects. All units were in service up until the time we removed them. They were all disconnected and decommissioned by professional refrigeration techs and licensed electricians. All units come with the inside refrigeration components and the roof units. Each cooler is divided into a refrigerator space and a freezer space. Each unit includes 2 roof units(compressors) and 2 inside units(evaporators) one for freezing and one for refrigeration. Everything was in good working condition when we took delivery of them. The brand is Master Built and each unit measures about 7' wide x 12.5' long and about 9.5 feet tall. These units are floorless in the refrigeration compartment and have a 4" insulated raised ... morefloor in the freezer compartment. The units are about 3/4 reefer/ 1/4 freezer + or- a little. The smaller section the blowers inside did not come on so I had an Refrideration/AC company take a look at it and said it was due to being low on freeon because the electrial componets checked out. Just removed from site, all broken down to separate panels, I marked all the panels and this should take about an hour to assemble again, all fasteners are built in 1/2 turn cam lock style. I will deliver within 25 miles for free. Unit does not come with evaporator assembly just the condensing unit in unknown working order if you want it. Note there is some rust pitting on the bottom of one of the two floor panels from a damp floor that the unit was set on, interior of these floor panels are solid, the rust does not effect anything. Door, door latch and closer all work properly. Item is being sold as is and pictures show overall good condition. Message me for more pictures, I was not able to load more than 12.
