This is the rarest and smaller version of the large Berkel. This'baby' was only made in the US and is in great desire since it is smaller and more desireable for the smaller modern home instead of a shop floor. But still a formidable slicer. Due to its rarity, there are very few that are complete including the sharpener, blade guards, excess meat sliding tray metal top tray(whch many are missing) It is completely original except for the milk tray which is better as it is approved for"food" quality and the black rubber feet cups. The restoration was long and painstakingly done by a professional and just the nickel work was $2000 All of the gold is hand painted. Hobart Slicer 210 - Circa 1940 - Excellent Working Condition
This is an antique Hobart Model#210(2nd generation with a 10" blade) deli meat/cheese slicer. It was originally manufactured circa 1940 in Troy. Ohio. The date engraved on the blade is April 19, 1946. This slicer has been well maintained and is fully functional. It is a true testament to the high quality manufacturing standards of its time. The knife blade and gauge plate will be removed for safety during shipping. Therefore. Some assembly will be required- three(3) screws for the knife blade and three(3) screws for the gauge plate. A copy of the Hobart instruction manual and parts breakdown will be included.
