The second lid is a very well built piece that is 8 1/2 inches wide and 7 3/8's inches across from the inside to inside of the inner ring. This old fella is also free of chips and cracks and has also been stripped to bare metal without the use of chemicals and reseasoned. It has RB 2778 cast into it's underside. It's ready for action when you are. The third lid measures 9 1/2 inches wide. Does not have an underside ring. It is well made and has an E and some other letters I can't distinguish stamped on its underside. If you turn it upside down, it also has a 3 A stamped into it. Not sure what that's about. It too(as all my cast iron goods) has also been stripped to bare metal without the use of chemicals and reseasoned at least twice. The final lid is a Griswold Erie 2552 lid. It measures 11 1/4 inches

Heller 1700W Convection Reflow Oven- Clean! Pulled from a working environment. Runs great. Zone 4 on the bottom heats up slower than the other zones. But still works fine. This causes the oven to draw a little more current than it used to, so we had to buy a new oven because we are at max amperes in our facility. With the additional couple amps, it was blowing our main breaker in the building. Nameplate reads 480V 100A. However we had it on a 50A circuit and it never blew the breaker even in it's current state. We will include an additional zone from a scrap machine that you can use as parts should you wish to repair zone 4. This is a great machine for lead. Lead-free or to cannibalize for parts.

Where you will note that a new one goes for almost $4K and that might not include the rotor, not sure about that. On that same page you can find a link to the manual downloads for this unit. The oven is in great physical condition. Initially I thought the switch for turning the rotor on was broken. But I finally noticed that it just has an interlock that stops it from turning when the door is open(although you can then push the switch to the JOG position to move it around to more conveniently access the rotor) There are some small scratches on the upper front edge of the control panel. Probably from getting moved to surplus. And a ding to the access door on the left ... moreside. I am guessing if you were so inclined you could remove that door and pound it flat again with a hammer. Other than that it could almost pass for new. And certainly looks as good as any piece of lab equipment needs to look. With the set point at 50 degrees C it ran up to that and just a bit over. But after a brief time on the computer when I came back it was sitting solidly on 50.0 so thermostatically it is functional, and the speed control for the rotor, or rotator as Agilent refers to it, works as well. That is the extent of my testing and NO warranty is offered. However. IF you pay the asking price and find it has a problem you cannot live with within 14 days of receipt you may return it. Probably why it ended up in surplus in the first place. So I pulled the cover expecting maybe it needed a new belt but the belt was fine. Turns out all it needed was the spindle the belt turns tightened and it works fine. Powers up. Heats up, looks good. The top has some imperfections in the finish. So it isn’t going to pass for new, but generally speaking it probably looks as good as a lab oven needs to look. Interior is clean as I think you can see.
