We are big time tea drinkers in our house. And purchased this commercial unit about eight years ago. We are picky about our ice tea and only like it brewed; plastic makers wouldn't do. Those who love true ice tea, understand this! We now have a smaller unit, so this one can go, and I want my kitchen space back. I do not have the instruction book to go along with it. The box is in pretty good shape with a little paper loss on the cardboard shown in the picture. I do believe it is also missing a decorative sign that stood on top of it but not sure. There is a little rust on the part where I assume you put the ice to freeze it. Overall good condition.
