Stoelting Soft Serve Yogurt Ice Cream Machine!! E131-33
This is a Stoelting Soft Serve Yogurt/Ice Cream Machine E131-33. I used this machine for 6 months. I replaced all the seals. Springs, and auger blades(the white blades that mix the ice cream-worth $200) I also recently had it serviced-$150. This machine works great. It has 2 barrels for ice cream and as you can see it has the twist ability. The twist"star" shaped cap broke off. You can see where I used a food safe putty to put it back on-it's blue as you can see in the pic. If you don't like it, you can always remove the star cap and the ice cream/yogurt will come out fine-it just won't have the"star" shape to it. It comes with a rolling cabinet. This is a double mixer and has two of everything. In 1994 one side had been overhauled and the other still contained its original parts. The original parts appear to be worn out(so. I do not know the part number for the part in the photos. This mixer shaft is made of solid stainless steel. It is approx. 30" long overall. It weighs about 20 pounds. The shaft has a hex on one end that inserts into the gear-reduction unit and has some imprinted wear from the gear it sits in. The end(bearing/bushing) seal surfaces are in great condition. I do see a seal surface that is slightly worn from an o-ring. Overall it is in good usable condition. However. A good cleaning& scrubbing with a ScotchBrite pad would do wonders. My inspection is to the outside and is a visual inspection as to it's condition. It is my(experienced) opinion that this used part is reusable. Please look at the photos closely and examine them carefully. Feel free to ask me questions. I will answer them to the best of my ability.
