They were tested individually(not daisy chained together) Each oven was tested with the three dials set as follows; 1st dial- set at a temperature. 2nd- O/P setting, 3rd- P setting. Top Oven Testing: With the dials set as above. The display turned on. When the start/stop button was depressed, it showed the current temperature and ... morethe oven turned on, both heating elements came on, only one of the two internal fans and side fan turned on and the rack rotated. When the oven reached the set temperature, the back heating element turned off. As the temperature decreased below the set temperature, the back heating element came back on to reach the set temperature. No further testing was done. Bottom Oven Testing: With the dials set as above. The display turned on. When the start/stop button was depressed, it did not show the current temperature, only one of two heating elements came on(front) both internal fans and side fan came on and the rack spindle rotated. It got hot but it did not turn off after a few minutes. This may have been since the back heating element is not working. No further testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown. Pelican Head" is the informal name for the slicer/shredder/grater attachment that can be added to most commercial grade electric mixers. Meat grinder motors, choppers and power drive units. It gets its name from the chute that resembles the beak of a Pelican. This attachment allows you to operate a busy restaurant or kitchen by taking advantage of your existing power equipment by utilizing it to chop, grate, shred or slice an array of raw food items such as most vegetables and of course cheese.
