Up for Bid are two really nice accessory items for your Commercial Dough Mixer needs. One is a Wire Whip. With aluminum fitments and Stainless Steel Wires, and the other is a Spiral Dough Hook. They appear to be used, but are in very good condition- see photos. I do not know which Commercial Mixer they fit(Hobart, Univex, but the Whip measures: 13 in. long x 7 in. dia. The Hub Bore is 1 in. Dia. The bottom of the hub is stamped with some numbers& letters: NSF, A 20 D, SW. Hopefully this will allow you to identify it. The Spiral Dough Hook again is in great condition.
