End time signal sounds stay on till reset. No instructions. I was able to hold button in change time- temperature settings. I forgot to put it in pictures but there is a threaded cap over the time/temperature adjustment just screw it off and the slotted screw is under it. this prevents unwanted changes. The gas pipes are all in good condition with no bends or dents. The griddle plate has what looks to be just some surface rust on it. But we can't really guarantee it is just that.
