Griswold Cast Iron Small Logo#8 Long Griddle– 908– Cleaned and Seasoned This great Griswold small logo#8 griddle has been thoroughly cleaned and lightly seasoned. All the nasty baked on crud and carbon buildup have been cleaned off which leaves you with a nice piece for use or display. There are no repairs. Chips, cracks, or rust on the piece. It has the very slightest of a wobble from end to end when sitting on a hard flat surface. I can place a business card under one end and completely stabilize it. There is no bow to the cooking surface when checking lengthwise, across, and diagonally. That would lead me to believe that the slight wobble is original to this griddle. There is no pitting, pocks, or other damage to the cooking other than the original cast surface. I have given you a picture of two slight indents that appear to be the remains ... moreof casting flaw air bubbles. The back of the piece is marked: 8 Cast Iron Griddle Griswold logo– 2 ¼” in diameter Erie PA. U.S.A. 908 This griddle is 9 ½” across and is 17 ¼” long without the handles. With the handles it is 19 ¾” long. It stands about ¾” high. There is a number 8 impressed into the front of the each handle. I clean all of my cast iron back to the original gun metal gray casting or as close as I can. This way it has no residue or contaminants from previous use or storage. The new owner can use with confidence in their safety. I only season with three coats of solid vegetable shortening in the oven for about ten hours. This is why my cast iron does not appear black. You could perhaps say it has been restored as close as possible to its original condition. There is a possibility that some of what I refer to as shallow pin point pitting is actually original to the casting. I do no oil my cast iron so they show up shiny or better for the pictures. I do not put my cast iron in a smoker to get it black or paint it black. I do not put varnish on the inside cooking surface to make it appear glass shiny and smooth! I prefer to list as many fla

Made by Fleck. Inc. of Asbury Park NJ(or Neptune City, NJ depending on whether you beleive the unit nameplate itself or the owner's manual) These unique, high-quality little broilers were sold in and around New York City(largely by RH Macy Company) at a time when many smaller apartments and tenements didn't have full sized ovens with broilers, but rather just a hot plate, or a gas range with no broiler. This unit is in near perfect condition. There is no food residue on the broiler grid or pan. None on the Griddle pan either- I can see a tiny bit of grease spatter on the griddle lid, but that's about it. If it weren't for that, I'd say it was new. Also, there is a slight chip in the bakelite of the folding broiler pan handle.Complete with 8 page owner's manual and brand new cord. Free lower 48 shipping.

VINTAGE WEST BEND LEKTRO MAID ELECTRIC SKILLET You are bidding on a Vintage West Bend Lektro Maid Electric Skillet. Serving Tray, Cutting Board, Instruction Booklet, Lid and Controller. The skillet has been tested and it works great. When I bought this from the original owner, she told me she did not remember ever using it and based on its condition, I tend to believe her(please see pictures and decide for yourself) As you can see in the pictures, the gem coat anodized cooking surface does not show any wear other than a couple marks from the serving tray sitting on top of the cooking surface. The electric skillet is in GREAT condition for its age. The bottom of the skillet shows NO wear. The lid has a couple dings in it(the wear is obviously from storage) The original owner looked everywhere for the original controller but could not find ... moreit; I replaced it with one I had that is the correct to the skillet and is nice condition other than a few scuff marks on the dial(please see pictures) The original serving tray and cutting board looks GREAT. The skillet has a Model#13669; the main cooking surfaces measures 14 1/2 inches by 11 1/2 inches and is about 1 1/2 inches; it is large enough to cook an entire meal on! If it was not for a few imperfections from storage, this skillet would pretty much be in perfect condition. All handles will be removed before the item is shipped to ensure they do not arrive broken. 5ft Keating Miraclean LP gas restaurant Griddle
This sale is for a used 60" Keating Miraclean LP gas flat top griddle. This is set up for LP gas and comes with the gas hose and equipment stand on castors. It does need to be cleaned but as you can see from the pictures it's not that bad. It is missing one knob and I had to replace one of the legs but other than that it is in good condition. It measures 5ft w x 30 1/4'd and the griddle surface is 57'w x 24'd. I took this in trade for a smaller unit so they would have space for a deep fryer and it worked great when it was removed. This vintage Miracle Maid griddle is made out of heavy duty cast aluminum and has a bail handle that is in very good used condition and in the correct shape. The griddle is reversible. One side for pancakes or eggs and the other side has a trough and pour spout for juices. Use it on the stove or campfire. It sits flat and does have scuffs and utensil scratches. All 6 burners are high output(25KBTU. I think) and it includes two ovens a broiler and griddle but I only use the range top burners. When I got the range, I cranked up the ovens to test them and found that some kind of black goop dripped out from inside the oven walls so I've never used them since. I have a couple of convection ovens, one of which is visible on top of the griddle, and when I need an oven, I use one of them. I never needed or used the broiler or griddle. I love this workhorse because it cooks so well, but my wife has convinced ... moreme to renovate the kitchen and cut back to 6 burner single oven range more appropriate for a home with only 2 residents. So, I'm offering the Southbend for sale. I will not attempt to ship this and will need the help of the buyer to move it out of the kitchen to the driveway for the buyer and his/her help to load it for its move to buyer's home or restaurant. This range would love to be stripped and re-painted but there's nothing broken and only a few knobs missing so refurbishing it should be labor intensive but not very expensive. This is a vintage 1905. PRE-GRISWOLD"ERIE" 7 RECTANGULAR CAST IRON GRIDDLE, bearing pattern number 744. It is in excellent overall condition. Its upper cooking surface area measures 16" long by 6.75" wide. It exhibits just a negligible tad of movement when placed on a true surface, with pressure placed on alternating sides of its upper rim. This is a result of original factory manufacturing tolerances only and are not at all attributable to any use or warpage issues. It displays a tiny bit of center located upward crown when gauged with a straight edge. This too is a purposeful factory manufacturing trait since early"ERIE" cookware was made this way to compensate for the slight lowering of the center cooking surface upon heating.actually coming to rest at a level plane for even cooking propensity, then returning ... moreto its original configuration upon cooling. This griddle is suitable for use over any conventional gas or electric coil heating source upon proper seasoning. There are no chips, cracks, hairlines, traces of any pitting, or traces of any warpage. All underside lettering is deeply incised and clear. It bears a few scattered casting dimples, as is found on all vintage cast iron cookware. It has been painstakingly and meticulously cleaned of all ancient cooking residue. Its metal retains that deep dark hue that is so admired by all cast iron cookware enthusiasts.
