Notes: We powered each fryer up individually. Upon power we set the switch to heat and the heating elements got very hot. The switch was then switched to pump. And the pump turned on and ran smoothly. This was done with each fryer with the same results. The EOF20 ... morefryer has an additional lift assembly. The lift switch did not work, so we opened the back panel and manually engaged the lift switches and got the left side assembly to go up and down.
