The fryer has one issue; they forgot to thread one of the holes that the legs screw into during manufacture. It is not stripped. Up for your consideration I have a very lightly used Brylane Home family sized double deep fryer. This model is from an estate and has two fryer baskets. I believe when it was new it came with three. I don't have the additional basket. It takes a little over a quart of oil to being it to the low fill line. It has adjustable heat settings that keep the heat consistent for perfect deep fried food in minutes. It completely comes apart for cleaning having a black enamel coated metal basin that can be completed submerged and scrubbed. It has two filters in the lid that helps with the smell and the lid keeps the oil from spattering while frying. This deep fryer hasn't been used alot and I have lightly cleaned it. The bottom of the skillet is approximately 11 1/2" in diameter across the top and aproximately 2" deep. It can be immersed in water. The electric cord plugs into it(see picture) There is a middle pan which is also about 2" deep. I think it could be used as a double boiler but am not sure. The top is a dome top that is approximately 3" deep. There is also an egg tray that has 6 removeable cups. This tray fits in any parts of the skillet. This skillet is heavy and I believe it has an oil core. The middle pan is also heavy but the domed lid and egg tray is not as heavy.
