I am offering this used Belshaw donut fryer. Its a 18"x26" electric fryer requiring 3 phase power. This is in working condition. I personally tested all functions of the fryer last week in my shop. Elements heat up quickly as they should, on/off switch functions correctly, and most importantly the thermostat is working correctly. The lid does not have the support bar on the top, you will need to fabricate one or purchase one. This simply holds the lid open during donut removal,but the fryer can be used as it is. The drain knob functions correctly allowing the oil to be drained from below. As you can see, no filter is included. I do not have a screen for the unit, but I am including the screen lifter. Recently acquired from the cafeteria after a hospital closure. It was still full of cooking oil when I received it. Really clean in very nice conditon. Has the built in filtration system where the oil is filtered and returned to the fryer using the onboard pump system. Also has the high efficiency blower burner system to save on energy costs. It is complete except for the metal grate that lays in the oil for the baskets to rest on. Should be easy to obtain one from Frymaster. I was able to test the filtration system by filling with water and using the gravity dump valve to empty the water into the bottom filter container. I then activated the pump and the water was filtered and pumped back ... moreinto the fryer. This system does come with a flexible gas line but I have not checked the heating system. I have no reason to believe it isnt working. I can hear the burner blower running when I turn it on. Everything is here to include the gas valve and igniter. No other testing has been done but I am certain it will work fine when gas is attached. Comes with the single bay floor model fryer. Filter system, 3 baskets and flexible gas line. It is solid state with a temperature control knob on the face. Also comes with the optional wheel upgrade. No clue how many pounds of shortening it holds but it took 8 gallons of water to fill the tank to the fill line during testing. This machine weighs 240 lbs and will require freight shipping.
