This griddle is in pretty good overall cosmetic condition. Though it could use some cleaning prior to being put back into use. The shown backsplash is in good condition. The griddle is mounted to a stand w/ wheels and the unit rolls well. Please refer to the pictures provided below for more details on the condition of the item. We were able to test this unit out by wiring into our 208VAC 3-phase power. The right-side of the griddle heated up when we set it to. But at maximum heat setting it only got up to about 220F. We believe there may be an issue with the temperature probes. We then tried out the left-side. But had more issues. The first time we tried it it would not power ... moreon or heat up at all. We tried it a 2nd time later and it did work. Two of the three sections heated up to the same about 220F, but the third got up to about 320F. After heating for awhile it stopped working. We have not tried it again. But believe there might be a short or similar in the controller for the left-side. Due to the few issues. This griddle will be sold as-is. Vintage 1971- Presto 12" Electric Fry Pan / Griddle in " Color Bright" Avocado
This was my parents Electric Fry pan griddle from"Presto" The avocado finish is still Excellent. The inside and out show no rust or wear. This was Presto's"Hard Surface" no stick- no scour surface that would not be harmed by metal spatulas etc. There are a couple of tiny insignificant marks on the surface. I just turned it on and it heats up very quickly. The Temperature settings are from"warm"to 400 + degrees in 50 degree increments! The pan is a 12 inch square. The depth is 2 inches and the weight is just over 6 pounds. The electric cord is soft and flexible and the manufacturer's writing is still legible on the cord. This comes with the original box and instruction and recipe book from 1971. This pan was probably used a few times. I had already moved on and do not remember this item ever cooking anything ... morefor me. Well- If you check the stamp on the box.It is to Wildwood,N.J.
