I RECENTLY DID A KITCHEN REDO. So now some of my things have no place to sit. my loss will be your gain. this was handed down to me and I have loved it for quite a while. it makes wonderful bread dough, the dough hook works wonderfully, not too fast, just right for kneading. I know I have made lots of dough in this. it is clean just a little dusty from the redo. the whipping attachment has a broken wire, it would probably still work but I have never used it. I have always just used the other mixing/ dough blade. I have made cakes and dough, cupcakes and you name it in this. it works great, I now own a new kitchenaid mixer so something has got to go, no more counter space. Blodgett Oven Hobart Mixer Dough Sheeter Restaurant Equipment
This is a perfect lot for anyone starting a restuarant or bakery. Included in this lot is a Blodgett Convection oven. I am not sure of the model but I know it is a nice one. It is set up for propane but I do not have a tank(you can have them converted easily) I have seen them range from 3k to 8k new. I also have a 10 or 20 quart mixer maybe twenty. Not sure how to measure. There is an electric dough sheeter for rolling out and sizing dough. Lastly, there is a partial ventilation system including the hood and some other pieces(no motor) The oven and mixer have been refinished to look nice and all is in perfect working order(purchased from a church in Florida) The oven's legs will have to attached as they where taken off to fit on the trailer.
