This Airmate Racal(purchased by 3M that makes the parts/filters) was last used 5 years ago for wood working with ultra fine dust particles. I used it with the helmet for safety after seeing a piece I was turning on the lathe come off and richochet around the room. It is surprisingly comfortable to wear and the pump system fastens around your waist and is run by a rechargable battery.
