Stoker Rock's BarBQue BBQ temperature control system WSM Weber Smokey Mountain
This is a complete Rock's BarBQue Stoker BBQ temperature control system ready to 2 22.5" Weber Smokey Moutain smokers. This package includes the following: 1) Stoker controller box w/ hi-power power supply-2) 10Cfm blowers with WSM adapters and brand new stainless steel mounting kits(unused) 3) pit probes w/ grill clips-3) meat probes-25' probe extender cable-2) 2-way probe splitter adapters I am the original owner of this equipment and only used during 3 competition seasons of 4-5 competitions per season. Other than that I used this system at a few practices and probably used it no more than about 20 times total. One set of pit/meat probes is newly rebuilt by Rock's and is unused. The others are lightly worn. I last used the system this past weekend for a practice cook and everything worked normally. I also tested all of ... morethe probes with the boiling water test and all read within 2-3 degrees of each other. Both fans are tested and working normally. One of the fans met with an unfortunate accident early in it's career and the cable got damaged. I was able to tape it up and it has worked admirably since with no issue. The Stoker itself is always kept in a storage box during usage and shows little wear as seen in the pictures. If you are not a WSM owner. All you need to do is contact Rock's to get fan adapters for your type of smoker and you're ready to hit the ground running. Please be aware this is NOT one of the newer WIFI units that Rock's is now selling. However. It was made for hot water control probably an old boiler. It is a type E and ranges from 90 to 250 degrees ferenheit. It is in overall pretty good condition.
