The paper label on the back that normally lists 7 patents is torn partly off. One of the needles is missing on the dial. The front plate over the screws holding the wires is missing. Used condition. I don't know if this works but it came from an Ohio collection put together by an electrical company worker. Several of the previous meters I sold were reported to work by buyers. Condition ranges from mint NOS unused to some wear and tear from displaying. I imagine these are quite rare. Perhaps 1-2 per dealership in the 80s, how many were thrown away? One label has 43 stamped on it which may be year of manufacture. While the label says Synchro Transmitter these can be used as either transmitter or receiver. Four can be wired together. Will ship with basic wiring data. The 5 HG weight about 5 pounds, body is approximately 4 5/16” long and 3- 5/16” diameter. Shaft is 5/16” On#4 bakalite back plate is completely missing.
