These are USED-LIKE or near NEW though- There are 42 W.T. Hand Tally Counters. There are 33 in boxes. 9 without boxes, and 3(we know of) missing the finger ring. Some are marked with an engraver with a number or a name. They are in excellent condition and all work just fine. They all metal except for the counter number window and the frame around it. It looks to be in good condition,but is missing the window over the numbers and is untested,other than the reset,which does work ok(it is being sold untested as-is) It is in a cast metal type housing and is approx. 3 3/4" X 2 1/2" X 1 3/8" Both counters show some wear and age.
