This is a perfect doll size as well. Overall size is 16.25" across. 12" tall and 9.25" deep. There are a few problems but nothing too major or what can't be fixed. There is no key included, the one corner piece at the top is missing a nail and I believe it would have had leather handles on both ends for lifting and carrying. Reclaimed Historical Antique Maple Flooring 7/8"X 3.5"X RL Square Edge Dirty Top
Very historical hard to find reclaimed Maple square edge flooring which is end matched and distressed. The flooring is 7/8 of an inch thick X 3.5 inches wide on the face with long random lenghts. 50% of the material is 14-16 footers. 30% is 9-13 feet long, and the balance is 3-8 feet long. The flooring was removed from the American Crayon Company in Sandusky, Ohio which merged with Western School Supplies in 1843. The material was taken out of a 1872 structure in the 225,000 square foot complex. The material is in outstanding condition with no oil,checking, cracking, or chips on the face. The flooring is dirty top and contains no varnish. The photos of the floor show the material with a washed surface and the photos depicting the long lenghts is in an undenailed state with no washed surface. 1965 VINTAGE FENDER CONCERT ACOUSTIC FLAT TOP GUITAR You are looking at an April 1965 Fender Concert in very good physical shape and reasonable cosmetic shape. I had the amazing Mark Kaiser of Fret Repair go over the guitar and check it for problems. He says there aren't any cracks or loose braces and it plays very easily. So if you want to really whip it, you'll need to raise the action a bit. Here are the excruciating details. THE EXCRUCIATING DETAILS™ HEADSTOCK: There are some minor scratches& dings. But no breaks or cracks(repaired or otherwise) The tuners are the original Klusons with nickel buttons. The ferrules. Screws& tuners are original(see pics for condition) The headstock has the original finish. Front& back, and the nut is original. The string tree is original and. In good shape. THE NECK& FINGERBOARD: ... moreThe finish on the neck is original and the neck. Has never been cracked or broken. There are some minor scratches& dings and some finish checking. There is also some finish wear on the treble side from the first to the fifth fret. The fretboard is in good shape. There is some scooping(finger wear) between the first. Second and third frets. Go figure. The first four or five frets have medium playing wear. But are still usable.The rest of them are pretty clean and they are all original. The inlays are original and in good shape. The neck is straight and the action is low and comfortable. The truss rod works as it should and there are two shims in the neck pocket that can be removed to raise the action. If you want. The LONG neck screws are tight and the holes are not stripped. THE TOP: The top has no cracks or splits and is original. As is the finish. There are small dings. Pick scratches and some checking, after all, it is a 48 year old guitar! There is a small spot on the bass side near the sound hole where the finish is worn away. Almost like it was played upside down by a lefty. The case does say"Jimi on it(just kidding) There is also some wear around the sound hole.

This is just like a new Rosewood Parlor with venetian cutaway with electronics I have in my store, but this has older I-mix no cut electronics and a SUNBURST TOP. When I got this in new, it had been at one of the trade shows, so I got a couple bucks off. Back then it was a retail 2400ish piece. new current retail with electronics and upgrade sunburst top would be approximately 2905.00) I had it around a while and decided to make it one of my live playing guitars ... moreafter I had sold another Larrivee I was using live. This is used, and though I let it get dirty sometimes, and there is a little fret wear, it is in good solid basic ready to go gig, or just sit around the house and play, shape. Matter of fact I just used it last night(2-22-13) at a little local gig. I've been using an LV-05e also, but I just used this one last night, just in case in a few weeks I have it no longer. This is Not as loud as some of the other parlors I have played in the past. But, plugged in, it is SIMPLY AWESOME. There is a small finish crack seen in photos(5& then 12 closer up) and it's not a major deal, in my opinion. Note those same photos show a blem in the finish by the binding. Also note photo 7 shows lower bout center where binding does not meet up in exact line. These"Little Bits of Character" have not been noticed by me or others when music is being made and folks are being entertained. AND also, I have replaced the tuners. Very good overall condition, This exquisite flame mahogany bureau was hand-crafted in the Netherlands around 1780. Over the centuries. The mahogany has developed a beautiful patina, so that it now displays a deep, lustrous complexion and a highly pronounced grain. As fine as this exquisite wood appears, ... morethe design itself is also quite striking: the barrel top lifts up automatically as the desktop is pulled out. The interior of the desk thus reveals a series of drawers and a satinwood-striped cabinet door that opens to reveal yet another drawer. Brass pulls adorn each of the exterior drawers, which feature hand-cut dovetails and a key is included which locks the drawers. Although this bureau or"cylinder desk" remains very sturdy and astonishingly beautiful, it has sustained some surface wear, most of which is extremely minimal given the great age of this piece. Both sides have begun developing small wood separations, as has the desktop, while the very top of the bureau has sustained significant scratches. One of the pulls has also lost its ring. Overall condition therefore remains very good. This cylinder desk contains plenty of storage space. The sides look great. The top has sustained some significant scratches. The desk offers a gorgeous work area. This pull has lost its small brass ring. Each drawer features hand-cut dovetails. Antique Primitive Pine Lift Top Trunk Painted Green Tool Chest Country Folk
Antique green lift top chest. Classic primitive or country style. It looks like it was made from pine and has a basic six-panel construction. The top is made from three framed boards with a raised piece on top. Iron side handles and a molded base. Paint looks original or at least very old. Interior has sections for holding things in the front and stepped sides to hold boxes up. There are also strips of gathered leather attached to the top that may have been for tools and a cut-out"L" shape that may have held a carpenter's square. So it seems likely that this trunk was probably a tool chest at some point. Trunk probably dates from the late 19th or early 20th century. Overall. This piece is in good condition, however there is obvious wear as you can see from the pictures. There also appears to be some water damage to the finish ... moreand some water stains inside the trunk lid. The H hinges and side handles both show sign of rust, but are in solid condition and sturdy. The chest stands is 18" tall and measures 34.5" long and 22" wide. There is minimal wear on the frets. This guitar sounds very good and is a very well built acoustic guitar. There is moderate playing wear on the neck and strumming wear by the bridge. There is finish wear behind the bridge as well. The truss rod cover is missing. One screw is still there. Truss rod functions normally. The Maple back is arched for great sound projection. Old/ vintage c.1920's-40's, Italian hand embroidered linen top sheet& pillow layover having beautiful hand embroidery. Richelieu cutwork& broderie anglaise embroidery, a romantic deeply scalloped edge all around the layover with fabulous cutwork motifs inside each scallop& along the 25" sheet return. Fancy crossed drawn thread row of embroidery"lace" hand ladder work just outside of the scallop pattern. Center& corner Richelieu cutwork motif on sheet& layover is a large 3 stem flower or modified tree of life pattern. Very pretty hand embroidered surrounds using padded satin stitch and others. Hand work is skillfully executed. It's a beautiful set. Color is white embroidery ... moreon white linen. This set is unused. It had original paper tags which read"MADE IN ITALY" on both pieces. Set was stored in an antique chest with other fine linens and had storage related yellowing& surface stains. I removed the paper labels& gave the set a good long soak& gentle wash to see how it would clean up. I retained the labels& will send with the set(if I can find them now) NOTE: pics were taken before washing so any spotting you may see is not present now, with the exception of 1 or 2 faint yellow marks on sheet scallop-see pic just after label detail. I am sure this will lighten even more or completely leave with future washings, I did not pre-treat and this would remove it I'm sure. There were 3 tiny black spots on the sheet return also from storage-when washed the black spots left but there are 3 tiny holes in their place. These would be easy to reinforce with linen tape on the back and frankly they are so small no one else would notice most likely, each of the 3 little holes is approx. 1/8"see pics. Otherwise this set is in beautiful condition with no other holes. There is NO wear as this set was never used or laundered before I

European, Possibly Italian Item# 120008IRU26 This is a work of exquisite craftsmanship. Covered in a thick mahogany and rosewood veneer. The colors exemplified in this chest are simply remarkable. Inlaid with fine marquetry work, the musical instruments central to the commode are flanked on either side by books hanging from knotted ribbon. Two large drawers make up the case, each fully dovetailed front and back, exposed on the sides. Crisp gilt bronze mounts grace the corners and feet, allowing the cabriole legs to terminate in lion paw feet. The shaped marble top is heavy and in wonderful condition, restored at the back left corner. A telephone number is necessary to give to the shipper. Description: This is a beautiful antique marble top washstand with a large mirror. This piece is Eastlake style and in great condition. There are spoon carvings and reeding on the ornate crest and framing the mirror. The mirror is in good condition with just a little fogging and a dark patch across the top portion right next to the upper edge. It’s in nice shape for a mirror of this age. Be sure to see the photos below. I see no cracks. Chips ... moreor breaks in the marble top or backsplash. They are in great shape however they are a little dull. The shine should return if you should polish it. The base has 3 drawers and 1 door. The drawers have Chippendale bail style pulls with a solid back plate and the door has a metal knob pull. The sides and back are paneled and the piece is very solid and sturdy. I do not know the maker or exact date it was made. This piece is antique and may not be perfect. This washstand measures 78¾ inches tall, 30 1/16 inches side to side and 17¾ inches front to back. It weighs 133 pounds. We do have more photographs that we can email if you are interested.
