Up for sale is a used Barnstead SHKE 5000-7 Refrigerated Floor Shaker as can be seen in the pictures. This item appears to be in good condition cosmetically and functionally. However, it's sold as-is, as described. The unit has been tested for heating, cooling and shaking and everything appears to be functioning as it should. The only problem I could find with the unit is the main power button. It does not respond to touch. When the unit is plugged in, the unit powers ON and you are able to use it. After running the cycles if you don't want the shaker left ON, the only way to power it off was to pull the power cord. This is not a major issue as the shaker can be left ON and still used normally. Included in this auction is the Barnstead SHKE 5000-7 Refrigerated Floor Shaker as described/pictured ONLY. Nothing else is included. This is a Beckman refrigerated centrifuge pulled from a university lab. It looks to be in good physical condition however it does have display Error 28 when powered up. The manual implies that this is a relatively innocuous error that should clear after cycling power. However. This is not the case here. I am unable to test due to the error. This should be able to be repaired by a Beckman Coulter technician or this can be used for parts. This does have an S4180 4800 RPM swinging bucket rotor.
