The red metal has numerous rust spots and scratches with paint loss, and 4 dents at top edge, the largest about 1/4" in diameter. The bottom plastic has scratches/wear/scuffs, and the whole piece, on the outside, is dusty/dirty. Looking inside, it is very clean, with a light, Gatorade" scent.
