DPR180 - Honeywell 180mm Stripchart Recorder
Summary Of Listed Item: This is for a single used Honeywell 180mm Strip Chart Recorder. Model Number: DPR180. The testing which was done and passed OK consisted of following: Powering On. Some chart printing regarding configuration and alarm occurrences. LCD display was tested- initialized OK. And then had shown various configuration/status messages(see photos) The input used for the pen/character test came from the configuration present in the chart(see 6th photo of printout) And from the wring among some connector pins with the various printed circuit cards in the recorder as seen in photo of rear opening. Along with this are two small potentiometers- but I did not adjust any of these to see if inputs would change. The following printed circuit cards are in this chart recorder: 46190250-001 Power supply module(AC power) 46190332-001 CPU ... moreboard assembly 46190326-001 Backplane board 46190311-001 6 logical input board with terminal block 46190305-001 Universal input board with terminal block(have two of these) 46190308-001 6 relays output board with terminal block 46190338-001- Special volt/square/sine/pulse wave board- can't find any specs on this. This card has markings of: 46190337-501- pc card board. FEL- symbol of Eiffel Tower. DSUL94VO or DSUL94V0. The only problem that I see with this chart recorder is with its metal cabinet cosmetics. From the last photo. You can see the rear left top corner was somewhat bent/disfigured. It does not affect operation of the chart recorder.
