I have no means by which to test this unit so it is offered as acquired. As is. it powers up, after about seven seconds I see and hear the relay click in. The power indicator lamp is out and needs replacement, I used a volt meter and it shows voltage going to the lamp when the unit is switched on. Flaws I observe: rubber feet are missing front the bottom of the unit, some of the writing on the front is wearing off, the power plug needs replacement, the cord is in good shape, the insulation is coming off the power cord at the plug, thin scratches here and there on the face, wear on the cabinet. Up for sale is the wonderful Pendulum Audio MDP-1a microphone preamplifier. It has low hours and I've only used it in my personal home studio to record solo fingerstyle acoustic guitar. This is a wonderfully clean preamp module for the ULS series AKG mics. It takes phantom 48V power. This mic base was used lightly and taken care of in the studio. Somehow it makes any sound passing through it both to blend in and to stand out at the same time in your mixes. It has 2 in and 2 out XLR connectors and separate gain/volume controls for all 4 of them. No separate panning knobs but you can somehow control the stereobalance with the gain/volume controls. You have a selector for stereo or mono and one for normal or reverse phase. The tubes are. V4 6X4, VI 12AX7, V3 6C4, V2 12AU7. Six big Freed transformers.
