The original finish on the Mahogany wood case is in great condition as the pictures will show. The wood grains along with the man made marks give this clock great character that is pleasing to the eye. This clock has a strong. Smooth running, rebuilt 89O movement that has been keeping excellent time for the past month along with a rebuilt 90B Sonora movement that is functioning properly. All the best features are on this model. Dark. Arabic numbers on a 6-inch silvered dial that can be clearly seen from a distance. Blue steel spade shaped hour and minute hands. Shaded marqueterie(inlaid) at the top of the dial. Below the dial with streamers outlining the entire front of ... morethe case and along the front and sides of the base. This single mantle lantern has been used but very little and has minor scratches on the base bottom and a small amount of burning on the generator. Lantern is in very good condition and was well taken care of after use. This is a single mantle lantern and all the parts work as they should and the lantern holds pressure well. This single mantle lantern has been used and shows very minor signs of use as there is hardly any scratches. No dings but there is some burning on the generator. The paint on both the base and vent is nice with minimal flaws/scratches. All the parts move and function as they should and the lantern seems to hold pressure nicely. Overall there is not many you will find in this mildly used condition. Great find! Seth Thomas Medbury Tambour Shelf Mantle Clock, Westminster Chimes. NOT RUNNING
This is a beautiful specimen of the Seth Thomas Medbury Tambour Westminster chimes clock. BUT IT IS NOT RUNNING! NEEDS REPAIRED. It takes fits. It will run for a few weeks, then stop. After a time, it has on occasion started running again. But at the present time, it is not running. Maybe you can fix it. This is a beautiful clock. I think it is from around the 1950's. The cabinet has it's original factory mahogany finish. The cabinet has some wear, but at 60 years old it's pretty nice. Take a good look at the pictures. The dial is made of brass die cut numerals, and the time track along with the hands are also brass. The dial sits on a raised burled mahogany panel. This clock has it's original brass benzel and convex glass. The Seth Thomas name plate is on the dial. The movement is a Seth Thomas number 124. It is an 8 day ... moretime and strike. It plays a tune on the quarter. Half, three quarter, and on the hour. On the hour it plays the Westminster chimes and then counts out the hours. I really enjoyed this clock when it was running. The pendulum appears to be original, but the key is not. Maybe you can repair this clock back to the original glory that it deserves. Thanks for looking at my auction. Here is an interesting clock that was made around the 40’s or 50’s. It is not working but could certainly be an interesting display piece for conversation. It is a unique clock with its ball shape and wind up key mechanism in the back. It measures 9 ½” tall by 5 ½” at the base. It has some visible wear but the hour numbers are certainly visible. GBD is on the base and patent number. Any excess postage will be refunded.

MASTER CRAFTERS Up for bidding is this vintage 1950 MASTER CRAFTERS clock with swinging girl. Clock is in good working condition and keeps good time. Revere Westminster Chime Mantle Clock, Telechron Motored, Nice Working Clock!!
Up for auction today fresh out of a great estate is this beautiful revere electric westminster chime mantle clock with telechron motor. I went to this estate yesterday and picked up a couple very nice mantle clocks and this is one of them. The clock does work and it does have some light scratches as shown in the close up pictures. The case is very nice with a couple light scratches shown in the pictures. Im not sure what type of wood this is but it is a very dark colored wood. The dial looks great, the crystal looks very good. The clock measures app. 18" wide, 8" tall, 5" deep. This clock does work but will need some minor adjustments, it does run a little slow, it lost around 10 minutes in 24 hours, the motor seems to be a little loud but that may just be the way it sounds. Hand-cleaned and hand-polished making it very shiny. The brass pole holders and Seth Thomas feet that hold this beautiful clock. Along with the Sphinx head on each side, all have a hint of gold-gilt to keep them from tarnishing. Above and below each set of two poles there is a marbleized adamantine block that is very pretty in blues, greens, teal blues, white, black and tans. The complete top is also in an adamantine ... morematching color as these blocks. The poles are FULL ROUND Adamantine Onyx and in very good condition. The bottom front and around the bezel there is lovely gold-gilded scrolling that is just beautiful, and really sets off the clock in a deep rich gold color. Nice large clock Measuring: 18" wide x 10-1/2" tall x 7-1/4" deep. A signed Seth Thomas. Restored Arabic Dial is offset with a fancy pie type bezel, and Spade Hands tell you the time. The clocks 8 day time and strike movement is a signed 4-1/2 Seth Thomas Clock Movement(Made in the U.S.A. It has been ultrasonically cleaned. Springs and bushings checked out, then oiled with a fine German clock oil, so that it will run smoothly in time and beat. Antique Mantle with Oval Beveled Mirror and Chains
Up for bid is an antique wood mantle with a beveled oval mirror and chains. The dimensions for the wood shelf are 48 1/4" long. 6 7/8" deep and 1 3/8" thick. The mirror is 39 1/4" x 17 1/2" The wood has a thick veneer-it has a deep grain like oak but it is not oak-maybe ash. No chipped veneer or deep gouges, no scratches, no stains; looks very well taken care of. The bottom of the shelf looks exactly like the top-condition, stain, and finish. The chains are each 40" long and can be hung by joining together as in the photo, or hung straight up(or removed, if desired) This will be packed and shipped by UPS. Poplar Mantle Antique Reclaimed Barn Lumber(Reduced! Poplar Wood- Hand Hewn Beam 53-1/4" Long x 2-5/8" Thick x 4-7/8" Wide Has Square Peg Holes On One Side Will Turn Rich Gold Color When Oiled. Waxed or Varnished Would Make Nice Mantle Piece This is a very unique piece that you do not find very often with the rectangular peg holes. This piece also shows some hand-hewning marks. I can tell that this piece was made all by hand is very straight. The photos show all sides and ends. On this end. Right above, you can see some saw marks. These can easily be filled with wood putty and sanded over. Before giving a finish, I would give it a light sanding, and you can antique the ends by using a metal grinder or file. Up for auction today is this Nice Antique Ansonia Rosewood Mantle/Shelf Clock. Excellant running condition. Measures 16 5/8" tall x 9 7/8" wide x 4 5/8" deep. A label on the back shows that it had some work done in 1985. Unfortunately I don't know what was done to this clock. I'm guessing the movement was cleaned and regulated. It appears part of the inside of the case was lines with a brown felt. It was nicely applied and has a very nice appearance. The movement is very clean and has a June 18.1882 patent date. The door glass is missing a little bit of the gold decoration. I believe the dial is a paper replacement. The door knob is thermoplastic(or gutta percha) The case finish appears to be original. The Adamantine is a rich deep Red Mahogany color with white Adamantine Onyx Half-Columns and Round Columns. Antiques are expected to have some imperfections. But this clock is almost 100% perfect. The case was completely disassembled and the dirt and grime was hand-cleaned off with a non-abrasive cleaner. Then hand-rubbed and polished to a high-shine, on each and every piece(a very time consuming job) The case was reassembled in the same manner as disassembled, using same antique screws, and all authentic antique parts that came off the clock(no adjustments or replacements were made) Just a clean, fresh smelling clock(no moldy, mil-dewy, smoke ... morefrom prior 97+ years or dirt is left) The Brass Bezel holds a signed Seth Thomas Arabic Metal Type Dial and spade hands tell you the time. Four brass column holders. With two on each side are holding four adamantine onyx columns; along with two larger adamantine onyx half-columns, with one on each side. These are in excellent condition with no breaks or cracks in the adamantine onyx. The clock rests on the original Seth Thomas brass feet. All the brass has a gold gilded coat to keep it from tarnishing. The clock holds the original 89 Seth Thomas 8 day time and strike solid back plate movement. It is in excellent condition. And has been ultrasonically cleaned, bushings and springs were checked, and all were just fine; then oiled with the finest German clock oil, and set in proper time and beat. A good strong runner. This is an Antique 4 Pillar Adamantine Mantle Clock Mfg. Unknown. All Original& Complete to our knowledge. It runs 5 to 7 minutes and quits. It does chime on the hour and bell dings on the half hour. It does have adamantine pillars as seen in picture#3. Has a few marks in case. I was told I should put a drop of clock oil on but left alone as purchased. Inside back cover says 11-30-27 cleaned. It measures approx. 16" wide at base(including feet) x 11" high x 6 1/2" in depth. Pictures pretty much tell the story or we have tried to show total clock& condition. There is 1-loose piece from the back which is included(see pictures#6.7,8) We did get this loose piece to stand up in it's joint but can't screw it in correctly. Instead of risking damage we decided not to continue to work with it. The back door opens fine. There are original parts inside the clock.On the back of the dial in the gold metal appears a round logo with an inner triangle. it says made in USA with SF in the center. the number#120 is seen beneath this logo. The pendulum looks to be in fine working order. The back door closed tight with brass hinges are in good shape. It has a handsome curved ... morewood case. There are a few nicks on the surface but overall it looks fine. The close has a class cover that opens to adjust clock. There is a black smudge near the bottom of the glass cover. The keys are missing. Letters"S F" appear above the#12 on the clock dial. Seth Thomas logo is beneath arms. Made in U.S.A. appears under the#6. The glass cover closes tight. One accent wood piece on left side is missing(see picture#4) There are 4 wood round legs on the bottom. The paper Seth Thomas Logo with the Model#18 Tambour is on the bottom. Clock is running but is being sold in"as-is condition" Movement could use a good cleaning and oi ling. Hands appear to be original and the minute has the tip broken off.
