Chem-Tech Pulsafeeder Series 100 Metering Pump 220 Volt
Please read this entire description before purchasing. This is a used Chem-Tech Pulsafeeder. Series 100 metering pump#X030-XC-BAA9XXX. It was used in my home as part of a water disinfection/chlorine injection system, but I recently converted to a UV system, and have no more use for this pump. When I rebuilt the wet end of the pump last year. I installed an all new viton diaphragm and check valve seats. Unfortunately, either I did not properly prime the pump, or the pump malfunctioned, because when I removed the pump, the wet end was dry. Without disassembling the pump, I can not verify what the problem is(most likely the cam assembly, about $25) but these pumps are very simple to work on, and parts are easy to come by. I always purchased parts through novatech-usa.com. I am putting up for sale the pump. A five-function valve(anti-siphon, ... moreetc. and a bunch of used and new parts I have collected over the years. From my count, I see two extra pump heads(for a total of 3)two extra foot valve assemblies(for a total of three) three chemical injectors, 3 hypalon diaphragms(2 in okay condition, one in good) 8 ceramic check balls, 7 teflon gaskets for the check valves, 7 or 8 hypalon and viton check valve seats(mixed) 2 extra foot valve weights(for a total of 3) and a bunch of coupling nuts. The picture shows the condition of the parts. There are a few new parts mixed in, but the majority are used, but in good condition. These pumps sell for about $250-300 new depending on where you buy them. Seeing as I cannot verify whether or not the pump is working.
