Would be perfect for someone looking to get into the field. Lot includes: LL Bean mesh carry bag. Measures 26" along zipper. With ability to add a shoulder strap for easier transport. Bag is in excellent, like new, condition. Set of hot pink. SeaQuest, open heeled fins, size M. Fins are pretty scratched up from use, but these are great fins. Rubber around heel strap and foot is in great shape. Quick release buckles for heel strap, plastic, all work and are not cracked. Tekna mask. Candy-apple pink trip with silicone strap and mask body. These are good shape- all seams appear to be fine. Pair of fleece lined wetsuit socks. I wear a women's size 9.5- 10. And the ones I used. Wear under wetsuit booties to keep feet a bit warmer. VINTAGE STURMEY ARCHER unusual 3 or 4 SPEED GEAR SHIFTER / TRIGGER in good cond
T his Sturmey Archer gear shifter came from a 1940's Rudge and has the unusual double purpose in that it can be used either for a three or four speed geared hub. It has the Patent No. 498820 on the front of the face as well as Sturmey Archer Trigger and England and 3 or 4 Speed. A plainer designed face than some triggers. It does have an almost coach-lined edging to it. Complete with its original handlebar fittings, the chrome of which has minimal speckling at the base, the shifter is in good condition and will make a worthy and useful addition to your bicycle. 2012 REYNOLDS 66 FIXED GEAR WHEEL SET
These wheels are friggin incredible! Now that I said that. Let me tell you why. They are used. But only have 150 miles on them. I'm selling them because I just don't feel like doing outdoor TT's anymore. I bought the set from my LBS in the winter of 2011-12 and decided to make it a fixed gear wheelset before I ever rode on them. So I sent the rear wheel to Wheelbuilder.com for them to work their magic. It has a Phil Wood low flange track hub- fixed gear only laced into the Reynolds 66 rim with DT Swiss Aerolite spokes. It it set for 130mm dropout spacing, but 120mm spacers come with it. The front is a factory Renyolds 66 wheels assembly. BUT both hubs have Phil Wood Carbonite bearings in them. These are the smoothest spinning wheels I've ever owned. They seem like they can spin forever! The front wheel has 16 spokes and weighs ... more770 grams with the rim strap on and no skewer. The rear wheel has 20 spokes and weighs 970 grams with the rim strap but no axle mounting bolts in place. The rims are full carbon clinchers and all the hard ware is included. Brake pads. Rear mounting bolts, 120mm drop out spacers, Reynolds Pro Quick release(30 grams) and valve stem extenders. WWII Rigger Pouch Field Gear US Paratrooper Airborne
During WWII. US paratroopers were constantly designing new equipment or modifying the field gear they had been issued. One of the most common piece of equipment was the rigger pouch. Originally these were procured by the USAAF in 1942 under order from the Airborne Command, but were soon discontinued and parachute riggers began making their own versions. True rigger-made pouches were manufactured by parachute riggers upon demand and were made with the materials available at the parachute lofts- parachute cotton duck. Thread, etc, not the same canvas used in the manufacture of other common field gear. Pouches were made with blackened or nickel plated lift the dot snaps, and some even used durable dot snaps. It is a size Large(for people 5'10" to 6'4" with a Medium hip belt(30"35" waist) At just 17 ounces, the G4 is a great foundation for hikers seeking to reduce their base pack weight. The maximum carry capacity is 30 pounds. Please note that this a frameless pack: Your sleeping pad(NightLight torso. Z-Lite/Z-Rest, Thermarest 3/4 length, or other 20"wide pad) becomes the pack frame by inserting into the back of the pack. The shoulder straps don't have any padding, but are designed to be stuffed with your extra clothes(socks, gloves, underwear, etc. and then re-closed with Velcro.
