You've got the dark green lenses for during the day and then the clear lenses for at night. It's like getting two pair for the price of one. They are easily interchangeable from one to the other without any tools. It takes less then 60 seconds to do. Now how many other pairs of goggles do you have that are as versatile and cool looking as these. The goggles are in excellent condition as are the 2 pair of lenses. The thick clear glass lenses screw on and could be easily altered by switching out the clear glass with a colored lens. There is black leather along the back and front of the nose area. The have a brown Bakelite outer shell with vented or perforated metal covering the sides up to the lenses. The taupe elastic ... morestill retains its stretch, and I see no flaws anywhere on these glasses(but a good cleaning) There is no maker identified, but they are similar to a Duralite pair I have up for auction right now. Heavy' Metal: These goggles are made of perforated or vented metal all along the outside. With either a hard rubber or leather covering for comfort next to the skin. These goggles have yellow lenses, but one has a crack. Additionally, it has a cloth strap that is still hardy, but it I don't know how well it would hold up to motorcycle speeds. These are marked on the side metal with'Willson. These could use a good cleaning, as well, and if you could find(probably very easily) another yellow lens, they would be a great Steampunk accessory! Real Vintage Welding Goggles w/Light& Dark Green Lenses Everything you see in the photo. These goggles are in very good condition. I don't know what brand they are. But they are red& black mix& have lightning bolts on the sides. The light green lenses are great for Steampunk use. They will allow you to see where your going: The dark lenses say 50 WWS Sfy. S.T. RD. on the wrapper. They all have beveled edges. On the dark green lens I find H9MM on the light green Wh2.OH The goggles that I'm selling are designed for flat lenses. However the beveled edge lens fits in them. I saw a couple minor imperfections on the light green lenses. I didn't see any imperfections on the dark green lenses. The plastic protective outer lens cover has some scuffing. As you can see there is some extra strap material as well.

The leather is still supple and is attached everywhere it's meant to be attached although there are a couple of small tears that you can see in the photo's. The rest of the frame is also sound. No cracks or breaks although these are a couple of small areas at the back of the arms were the chrome plate has come off. The lenses do have quite a few chips. Last 2 photo's, and while they are noticeable when you first put them on indoors step out into the sunlight and they do not affect your vision badly at all. Nice old pair of Cesco colbalt blue welding glasses. Cobalt blue glass lenses with minimal light scratches with"C2" etched at 12:00 position. The temple to ear measures approximately 12.5 cm and as seen in the photo they are 10.5 cm from lense edge to edge. The lenses are about 4 cm round. The one loop for a retainer cord has a slight crack(see photo) and the leather nose piece is very worn and deteriorated at the snap(see photos) The leather could be left as is/glued together/ replaced or removed.I will leave that to the new owner to decide. You are bidding on 3 PAIRS OF VINTAGE JACKSON WELDING GOGGLES(2 red. 1 green) These date from the 1940's or 1950's era. They are used. But still in very good condition. Each has an adjustable head strap to fit any size noggin. These would be perfect for steampunk/ costume wear! Very similar to Star Wars pod racer goggles, motorcycle or mad scientist garb! Of course they'd be great for welding too. The lenses are like dark sunglasses with a slight green tint- very cool! They even have metal vents on the sides to prevent fogging!
