The item title on this listing is described as a"Littleford style mixer" but I do not know the manufacturer of the mixer. The cover for this machine and the stand that it sat on. Which probably had the manufacturer information, is missing. In place of the cover was a piece of clear plastic which was used to observe the mixing action. I was told that the unit had ben used to gather pilot plant information for a large scale plant design and had only 9 hours of service. Adjacent equipment with hour meters supports this as well as the fact that there are no signs of wear on the plows, choppers and chamber. The mixer has two sets of variable speed plows and two high speed choppers. The plows are 3 HP and the choppers are 1/2 HP. The mixing chamber measures 14" X 20" X 8" deep. The double curved bottom is jacketed for water ... morecooling and is hinged to dump the product. Power requirements are 220 volt 3 phase. The mixing chamber is stainless steel. With the exception of the cover and stand all of the working parts of the mixer are there including a electrical control box with safety interlocks. Some of the parts are not shown in the photos because they are stored in a warehouse.

Heating, cooking. whatever process you find it applicable to. The kettle has a 2" Female-IPT draw-off SS nipple at the very bottom of the bowl and a steel 2" Female-IPT feed port on the lid. With other various openings on the lid which can be seen in the pictures. The Kettle's steam jacket is served with a 1" Female-IPT port on each side. All is in good condition with the exception of the kettle bowl's interior surface having imperfections. The pictures show some scoring and scratches. The pneumatic Lightnin mixer powers up fine. This tank has been completely refurbished. It has an internal pressure rating of 3.5 Bar/50 PSI. The external water jacket is not rated for pressure. Temperature rating on the water jacket is 100 degrees C. Water capacity on the jacket is 27 Liter/7.13 gallons. Electric heat by immersion heater. 240V, 3 P, approx. 5 amps per leg. 220 V 1 P, water recurculating pump for heated water. Insulated jacket. Stirrer motor 240v 3 p. tank is Stainless Steel constructed. Lo Hi lights.

For sale is one used Walker Engineered 400 US Gallon Jacketed Tank. Jacket Number: 10. Fully hinged entry measures 18" inside diameter. Tank measures approximately 5' across/diameter. With mixer. Setup stands about 7 1/2' tall. The top of the tank features 1 6" wide opening and 6 assorted smaller ports. This tank also features a Baldor Washdown Motor and Stainless Steel shaft with 2 propellers. 1750/6000 rpm. Tank is made of 304L Stainless Steeel. Round top, round bottom, one sanitary port on bottom center. PSIG MAWP at 250 degrees F. Three attached legs measure approximately 54" in a triangle from each other. Made in February 2005.
