Some kind of paint pressure sprayer stuff. I have no idea about this stuff so perhaps you can email me some details of what it is. And if you have questions I can try to answer. Thanks for understanding, am not a painter. The cart thing looks like it might be an electric pump of some sort. It seems like the cart is incomplete. Really, I got it recently with a bunch of other stuff(some I'm keeping and some on eBay or elsewhere) and don't ever intend to use this particlular item, so might as well sell it to a painter who can utilize it. I don't see any spray gun. so selling it all as"for parts not working" since I don't know about it and can just say that their is no spray gun so it's definitely needs more parts to be fully functional system.
