However. There is with a noticeable lazier snap on the main blade in comparison with the other two blades. The main blade has half stop safety feature and brass liner safety locks for the other two blades. The brass liner engraved word PRESS is still very sharp and readable. Case XX medium stockman USA 1940-64 model # very vague Delrin handle
For your consideration: a good looking. Fair condition Case 3 blade knife. It has nickel silver liners, carbon steel bottom, nickel silver bolsters, poor condition synthetic handle and it's on tight. Three still useable, chromium vanadium steel blades, easy to sharpen and they are sharp. Knife is not perfect and blades show plenty of pitting damage due to rust. Large blade tip is broken and handle on one side is cracked. Still on tight. Some scratches to blades and handle, not big. It was made sometime in 1940-64. Blades open and close fairly, not difficult to open, nice snap on small blade in closing, none on others, they need some help in closing. No wobble on all blades. It's been cleaned, oiled, polished and sharpened. Government held lost item, won at auction. Thank you for looking.

There were three versions made but unseen by most hunters and outdoorsman. They have a dramatically large spear point blade tip and a larger locking mechanism for heavy skinning jobs and ... morethey are about the toughest and heaviest lockback made in the 20th century. It took a big man to carry one of these beauties as a sheath is prefered to the pocket because it's a hefty overall knife in weight and size. This one is slightly used with a few sharpening marks and a couple of dings here and there but it remains in pretty good working and great looking condition.
