The P6204 and P6203 high-performance Active Probes round out the capabilities of the 11000-Series oscilloscopes and plug-ins. The variable dc offset voltage(±10V) is adjustable via mainframe controls, allowing offset of any dc component within the range of the control. Nice used Probe with original box. As shown. The Tektronix P6204 is a high impedance. Miniature, 10X active(FET) probe with Identify function. The probe is designed to provide maximum performance with the 11000 Series oscilloscopes and is equipped with the TEKPROBE TM interface. Which provides data communication between the probe and oscilloscopes and conveys power from the host instrument. Data contained within the probe informs the instrument of attenuation, model number, and serial number of the probe, and causes the input to automatically terminate with 50 Ω. The ID button on the probe head activates the Identify function in the instrument. The ID signal can also set an SRQ(Service Request) flag on an IEEE-488 bus if the instrument is programmed to do so. The P6204 offers a variable dc offset voltage. Which is controlled through the TEKPROBE ... moreTM interface by the host instrument. The P6204 has a 1.5 meter signal cable. Used Tek probe. No manual. Does come with specialty box. Looking closely at the(gold plated. I assume) probe tip, I can see it is very slightly bent. I pulled out the microscope and don't see any stress fractures, so I don't think it's in any danger of breaking. I tried to take a picture of this in the last photo. I have no way of testing this item, it doesn't fit on our O'Scope here. I have no reason to believe this is bad in any way, so there are no returns. Thanks for looking.
