I bought it at the bethlehem steel auction in baltimore and I found it in a tool box. I researched it and found that they sell new for around 280 dollars. This auction is for the used probe only. the one on the left) I really don't know what it is but it looks identical to the one in the box so I am assuming they are the same. Everest Interscience 3000BH 600 Surface Temperature Monitor Probe Transducer
This is a non contact infrared temperature transducer for monitoring industrial processes I am unsure of the specifications. But i think it it is good to at least 600 deg C. It has a small germanium lens that images onto a thin film thermocouple inside. The original application was monitoring the laser annealing of silicon wafers. From what i've read, these display a temperature and reticle on a video monitor that overlays a video image. Easy worth the opening bid for the germanium lens alone. This item is HTF to be sure. I have lots of lasers and other unique stuff for sale this week.
