HP 11096B RF probe converts AC and RF signals from 100 kHz to 500 MHz to a DC voltage that can be read from any voltmeter with 10 Mohm input Z or greater. Accuracy is plus or minus 1.2 dB at worse case. Input signal voltage range is from 250mV to 30V RMS. Included is a"probe to BNC" adapter. The probe ground clip is missing so you'll need to jury-rig something. The probe connects to a DVM using standard dual banana pins. I attempted to clean the charger and the battery pack and couldn't get the battery to charge so the item is coming without a battery and battery charger. The latch on the case is also broken which you can see in the one picture shown where it is crooked but other than the latch there is no damage to anything else.
