Used Tek probe. No manual. Does come with specialty box. Looking closely at the(gold plated. I assume) probe tip, I can see it is very slightly bent. I pulled out the microscope and don't see any stress fractures, so I don't think it's in any danger of breaking. I tried to take a picture of this in the last photo. I have no way of testing this item, it doesn't fit on our O'Scope here. I have no reason to believe this is bad in any way, so there are no returns. Thanks for looking.
