I got this screen printing system at a warehouse moving sale and have never personally used it. I don't do silk screening so I don't know anything about these types of machines or how to use them. The person I bought the machine from told me it works good. Since I've never tested it I'm selling it as untested and can't guarantee how good the machine or any of the accessories/ extras work. Pic 1 shows the entire lot. You get the machine and all the extras pictured on the concrete slab in front of the machine. You can zoom in on the pics to see the details of the extras you're getting. Flat Bed Conveyor Dryer For Screen Printing. Used, Works Good *see Description
This dryer has been used in my friends shop for years. He had the rotor motor that turns the bed go out and replaced it with a evolve drill from sears. I have run it for over 1 1/2 years with the drill. Works awesome. If you do your research you can buy a new motor for under $100.00 or continue with the drill. I will color separate your art work that you can give to your T-shirt guy/gal to avoid costly art charges. If you are a screen printer then you already know what to do! No limit on the how many separations it takes. Actual separations will be bitmaps.In many cases your artwork will have gradients mixing two or more colors to achieve the desired color effect. For this to happen you will need to be familiar with printing halftones from greyscale seps. If there are no gradients in your artwork the seps will be black and white(still bitmap) Seps will be delivered in PDF format.If no size is specified seps will be done from the size of the art provided.If the art is under 300 dpi the results will be less than great. I'm not 100% certain this is a Dependable brand machine- but it looks to be and it works beautifully. It is currently set up to screen print round bottles and comes with a small amount of additional tooling. It's been stored inside. Runs normally and needs nothing but a new squeegee for your particular job. It can go to work tomorrow! If you are willing to arrange freight pickup, I can put it on a pallet. This is a Hat Platen for M&R Blue Max Screen Presses. I believe it came from a Blue Max II. It is in good shape although it still has a mess of dried glue. Or the remainder of those glue pads still adhered to it… it should not be too difficult to clean, I just don't have a scraper handy.
