Here is an outstanding piece for the collector of eagles. Printing items or general Americana. This is an antique(c1860- 1900) newspaper printing press plate of an American Eagle with a banner in its beak. The banner is blank and would have been a place to put an appropriate message of the day. It is solid brass mounted on wood block. It fine detail reflects the state of the art engraving of the era. It measures 6" by 2 1/4" Affixed to the reverse side is a printing on paper of the plate image. It gives and even greater sense of the high quality and detail of the engraving. AB Dick 9910 XCS. In good working condition but used. So sold as, where is. Kompac dampening(Nearly new. Installed and only used few times after that. Much easier to run than the original SuperAquamatic dampening. Airtech UltAir IR dyrer and powder unit. Remote on/off switch at delivery not working. Totalizing counter a little flaky/not working reliably. IR dryer lamp tends to overheat and shut off. May need cleaning. Rollers are old but can still print. Washup blade attachment for faster cleanup. 220V. Nice press but we have shifted most of our small runs to digital so it's time for it to find a new home. You must either pick it up or arrange for a freight company to pick it up.
