Line-O-Scribe Sign Machine made by Morgan Co. Chicago, IL. circa 1940s. Used in a large, Upstate New York family-run department store that did their own print ads and signs, in house. This unit is in four pieces: the printing mechanism itself, the work bench with 28 drawers, a rolling typeface rack and a light hood. This sign press comes with a compliment of over 3,000 pieces of individual lead typeface(12 full drawers of type similar to Futura, Arial, Helvetica, Script and Felt Pen) plus several 14" rollers in good condition and an excellent 13.75" x 13.75" ink plate. There are many, pre-made blocks of type with often-used words like, NOW" Special" and"Today" plus many more. This auction is for an old Kelsey Excelsior Mercury Model M. 3 x 5 printing press. The press appears to operate properly and smoothly. I can see that there are some missing pieces like the rollers and one of the roller rods is missing a spring and washer- look at photos- what is seen in the photos is what is included in this auction. The press does suffer from some corrosion- I do not see any cracks or breaks.

Geo Knight Heat Press Transfer Printing 475BT 110 volt
This item comes from an Estate Sale. It seems to be in decent condition. I powered the unit up and it heats up just fine and the thermostat seems to be working. I did notice there was some writing that was transferred from a t-shirt onto the upper heating pad. I will add a picture of this later in the week. The power cord seems to be in good condition and as far as I can tell the item seems to be working just fine. However I am selling this item as a parts only or repair machine as I want to sell it sold as is no returns. Bought this many years ago at a flea market because I liked the design. It has a circus theme with a band and drum major. Of interest is the"circus theme" depicts an elephant and a donkey pulling the band wagon! This is an advertisement for Robertson Factories. Inc. Apparently,They had 9 factory locations including-Taunton(Mass) Pittsburgh, Detroit, Cleveland, Cincinnati, St. Paul, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Portland, Ore. I closed my shop and decided to move on from screen printing. There is still some lint on the platens but it is easily removed. I have the setup DVD as well as the printing DVD's. The press has about 50 hours on it and works perfectly.

This is a vintage water can for pumping water up to a sponge for dampening.I got this with alot of vintage Kelsey printing press's it was what I was told to dampen sponges for wetting print its 9-1/2' high x 5-1/2' wide the top round part with small holes in it is 4-1/2' wide there are no names or markings on it it weighs 3 Lbs 2 ozs some surface rust on it this is a unusual pc I can't find one like it to compare it to. Or even know what to call it. but it does have somthing to do with printing sold as is shown and described

THIS IS THE EARLIEST MODEL PRINTING PRESS I HAVE SEEN LIKE IT. It is stamped"May 6. 1873" and most of the ones on ebay are from the early 1900s so this one is OLD! It is pretty amazing too. Read the condition above. I am asking $1,000 for it but I'll entertain reasonable offers if need be. What a great piece of history here in this unique piece.
